This series is taken from Celtic lore regarding sacred wells. Certain wells are believed to have magical powers to heal and bestow great blessings. They are the link to the Other World and a symbol of potentiality ~ the source for all possible growth. In this series the birds who represent Holy Spirit within all life are coming to receive their nourishment. In this piece, they get water from the well, and filled with ecstasy, they proclain their joy.
